      A team is as good as its leader. Our founder- president leads from the front with his commitment and welfare initiatives. He began his journey from a very humble farmer family background. Born into a life of hardship, Mr.\nVinayakk grew up in a neighborhood where dreams were often overshadowed by survival. His formative teenage years were riddled with struggles and sustenance. He completed his graduation while grappling with the situation of grueling travel to college and managing farming activities to support his family. His thirst for knowledge was unquenchable, fueled not just by ambition, but by a deep desire to change the narrative for their family. The sheer amount of struggle he endured made him more resilient and it became a catalyst to bring about a socio-economic change in the rural parts. He acquired profound knowledge in\naccounts and taxation in 20 years of relentless work. Now, he has extensive expertise in\naudit, finance, and accounting which play a pivotal role in shaping the process and the team.       Resources are always hard to acquire, but the\nharder task is to utilize them strategically. Our trustee-treasurer is one such who ensures a smooth workflow of the organization. Born and brought up in an underprivileged family, Mrs. Souumya quickly learned that nothing in life came easy. Their home was modest\u2014\nsometimes with very little to make ends meet. She was of tender age when she realized that even a speck of comfort was a result of a big sacrifice. But even amid all the chaotic struggle for survival, she dearly held onto something priceless: hope and determination. While others saw obstacles, she saw opportunities and toiled hard.
